A technical or audit background is not a mandatory requirement to be successful in this role.
Someone who would be successful in this role is curious, passionate about technology and data, interested to learn every day, detail oriented, good at communicating and writing, loves working in a diverse team, can multi-task, likes a challenge, and has a growth mindset.
