Job Purpose:

The Senior, Innovation Enablement Consultant supports Technology Innovation Office initiatives by helping business teams identify opportunities, align stakeholders, drive adoption, and realize measurable business value. Working closely with innovation leaders and cross-functional partners, this role contributes to innovation engagements that translate business priorities into actionable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Program Support and Delivery

  • Promote awareness of innovation capabilities and help connect business partners with resources, expertise, and opportunities that support enterprise transformation
  • Coordinate innovation engagements and execution activities that enable successful delivery, adoption, and realization of business value
  • Support communication, training, and adoption activities that help business teams successfully incorporate AI and Automation capabilities into daily operations
  • Develop materials and documentation to support workshops, planning sessions, and events of varying size and complexity
  • Support the intake, documentation, prioritization, and tracking of innovation opportunities across the enterprise

Stakeholder Engagement and Business Alignment

  • Assist business stakeholders in evaluating opportunities, clarifying objectives, documenting requirements, and defining desired business outcomes
  • Support engagement teams in translating business challenges and opportunities into structured discussions and outputs
  • Provide recommendations that improve awareness, readiness, adoption, and value realization across stakeholder groups
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuity from ideation through execution

Assessment and Impact Analysis

  • Support the creation and maintenance of metrics to measure business impact, adoption, and value realization
  • Analyze engagement findings, stakeholder feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities and recommendations for improvement
  • Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and communications that demonstrate innovation outcomes and realized value
  • Support documentation, assessment, and coordination activities that help ensure innovation opportunities align with governance, risk, compliance, and responsible innovation requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, innovation, transformation, or project delivery
  • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable outputs
  • Preferred: Experience operating in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare)

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range:

$102,400.00 - $153,600.00
