Moreover, you will perform independent work, coordinate junior team members, maintain the communication with your colleagues and with clients' representatives, and prepare or validate the documents to be delivered to customers.

What will you do:

• Advise clients in different industries on various VAT matters;
• Conduct VAT reviews, drafting letters to tax authorities;
• Support clients in meeting VAT compliance and reporting obligations ( VAT statements, e-Invoicing, e-Transport, SAF-T);
• Monitor multiple client engagements;
• Train and mentor junior staff;
• Offer assistance to Managers and Partners in business development (drafting presentations and proposals, attending client meetings, etc.);
• Monitor changes in legislation.

Candidate profile:

• University degree in Economics;
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in VAT advisory/compliance area;
• Practical and technical experience in VAT reporting (VAT compliance, e-Invoicing, e-Transport);
• Autonomous and business-oriented; capacity to solve complex issues in a pragmatic manner;
• Very good planning skills;
• Professional attitude; excellent communication skills; team player, confident and sociable;
• Excellent Romanian and English are mandatory.
