Job Description

Luxembourg | Permanent Contract | 3 to 7 years of experience

Take ownership of complex transformation workstreams and help financial institutions move from strategy to implementation.

Your Role

Lead project workstreams across Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management.
Structure complex business challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
Design processes, governance frameworks and target operating models.
Coordinate Business, Operations, Risk and Technology stakeholders.
Prepare decision-making and steering materials for senior clients.
Contribute to proposals, client development and the coaching of junior consultants.

Your Profile

You have three to seven years of relevant professional experience.
You have worked in management consulting, transformation, business analysis or project management.
You understand the challenges faced by financial institutions.
You can independently structure and deliver a project workstream.
You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
