In this role, you will work in Transaction Services, with opportunities to contribute to Valuation and Corporate Financeprojects. You will be involved in financial due diligence and broader transaction-related activities for a range of corporate and private equity clients.

You will:

• Work on due diligence,valuationand M&A projects across different industries

• Analysefinancial performance and key business drivers

• Identifyrisks and opportunities in a transaction context

• Prepare and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders

• Contribute to deal execution

• Support other teams with financial analysis

• Coach and guide junior colleagues

Whatwe’relooking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, audit, due diligence, corporatefinanceor related areas

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or similar

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Good understanding of business environment

• Proactive,flexibleand confident approach

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian

• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA) are a plus
