We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Talent (HR) Operations team. This role sits within our broader HR function, supporting and transforming systems and processes across the employee lifecycle, including Cirrus (SAP SuccessFactors), Enboarder, Charlie Knows, onboarding, and end-to-end HR operations and employee life-cycle transactions.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Talent and the business, including BU Talent, Talent CoEs, Finance, ITS, CWE, Global Mobility, and Immigration; working in line with our “One Deloitte” approach to deliver seamlessHR operational outcomes.

The Talent Operations team may be small, but we deliver a lot. We manage a continuous pipeline of BAU priorities and critical projects, we are adept at pivoting our focus to meet dynamic internal and external requirements, as we strive to deliver on being ‘Brilliant at the Basics’, whilst applying a ‘People and Digital First’ approach.
We are a strong team who support each other and pitch in to do whatever is needed to get the job done; supporting the transformation of Deloitte’s HR operations and employee experience
