This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing financial information, accounting records, tax returns, and court pleadings in support of litigation and dispute matters.
• Assisting with litigation discovery on document requests.
• Financial modeling and analysis for litigation matters and forensic accounting engagements.
• Playing a key role in fraud investigations, including embezzlement, financial reporting fraud, Ponzi schemes, health care fraud, and other matters.
• Playing a key role in dispute and litigation consulting matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, billing disputes, real estate disputes, post-acquisition disputes, IP disputes, trust disputes, lost profit analysis, lost wage analysis, divorce related valuation disputes, gift/estate tax business valuation disputes, contract disputes, eminent domain disputes, unjust enrichment disputes, and other matters.
• Assisting in the overall engagement and client relationship process including client communication, invoicing, collections, managing budgets, preparing client deliverables, and presenting information to clients.
• Assist with business development efforts including preparing proposals and attending industry and networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related area of study
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing litigation support, business valuation related dispute support, investigation, and forensic accounting services
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented, highly analytical, and operates with a high level of professional skepticism
• CPA, CFA, ABV, CFE, CVA, CFF, or other credentials that relate to valuation and fraud and forensic investigations are desirable
• Other credentials that relate to fraud and forensic investigations, business valuations, and the like
• Proficient technical knowledge of business valuation principles and mechanics.
