We are looking for proactive and dynamic candidates with experience in finance management who are eager to specialize further in financial consulting and develop innovative solutions to address even the most complex client challenges.

Our team brings together talented professionals with experience in optimizing and digitizing complex financial processes. By joining us, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with Chief Financial Officers, Treasury leaders, and Finance Managers, helping them transform and digitalize their internal processes and increase productivity across their organizations.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work on complex transformation projects, helping clients optimize and digitalize financial processes while bridging business needs with modern technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, coordinate selected project workstreams, and support the professional growth of both clients and less experienced colleagues.

Your key responsibilities

• • Participate in exciting projects focused on optimizing and digitalizing financial processes, leveraging your professional knowledge and experience.
• • Implement modern technology solutions across finance, controlling, and treasury functions, helping clients establish more efficient and effective processes.
• • Coordinate collaboration between clients and internal teams while ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives.
• • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues and actively contribute to the development of the wider team.

Skills and attributes for success

• • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance, controlling, auditing, or process consulting
• • Experience with process mapping, analysis, and optimization of internal processes
• • Strong communication skills, a dynamic personality, and a proactive approach
• • Experience in project coordination and project management
• • Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking skills
• • Willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills
• • Client-focused mindset and approach
• • Fluent Slovak and English language skills
• • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other analytical technologies is considered an advantage
