Job Description

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Emerging Platforms – Studio team. The role will drive large‑scale ERP migration projects, design and configure GEP solutions, and collaborate with global client stakeholders. Candidates must be comfortable working US shifts, travelling domestically and internationally, and mentoring junior staff.

• Manage end‑to‑end global data migration projects for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Oversee and guide integration development teams, ensuring middleware scalability and SLA compliance.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Design, configure, and implement GEP Click integration logic and data mappings.
• Coordinate with vendor partners and manage vendor relationships throughout project lifecycles.
• Support UAT, user training, and go‑live activities to ensure smooth deployments.
• Engage with global client stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve issues.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and developers on best practices.
• Monitor and report on project health, risks, and SLA metrics.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required by project needs.
• 8–11 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, analytics, or enterprise systems.
• Hands‑on experience with GEP platforms (integration logic/data mapping) or similar enterprise solutions.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale ERP data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CPI/PI‑PO, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other integration tools.
• Familiarity with cloud integration platforms (Azure, AWS).
• GEP Technical Certification and GEP Qi Integration Lead certification preferred.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including US time zones.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
