Responsibilities
Lead implementation of Imperva SecureSphere/DSF and analytics platforms like SonarG.
Analyze database activity logs, generate compliance reports, and support incident investigations.
Define and maintain database security policies, access controls, and monitoring strategies.
Work closely with DBAs, application teams, security operations, and tool vendors.
Understand regulatory standards (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, etc.) and build compliance frameworks.
Stay updated on DAM technologies, security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
Serve as a technical SME and guide teams through DAM operations and improvements.
Review vulnerability scan results and validate integrations with centralized reporting tools.
Onboard in-scope databases to monitoring platforms.
Perform Data at Rest (DAR) scans to identify sensitive data and analyze findings.
Remediate access issues across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and file shares.
Support audit evidence gathering and compliance assessments.
Contribute to thought leadership within client environments and the broader market.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/MBA.
5+ years of hands-on experience with DAM tools—Imperva SecureSphere, DSF, and/or SonarG.
Proven experience implementing DAM solutions for enterprise clients.
Strong skills in configuring, upgrading, optimizing, and managing DAM operations, rules, and reports.
Ability to architect secure data access models, ensure compliance, and drive DAM strategy.
Experience preparing SOPs, managing projects, conducting workshops, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Hands-on exposure to Unix/Linux environments.
Ability to meet SLAs/SLOs/OLAs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Mandatory Hands-on Expertise
Preferred Skills
Exposure to other DAM tools: Varonis, MS Purview, IBM Guardium, McAfee DAM.
Knowledge of DBMS platforms: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Experience integrating DAM with IAM, DLP, or cloud security platforms.
Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
