Our Delta Operations team is looking for a Data Engineer for our fasts growing activities with our client.

The Senior Data Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust and scalable data pipelines
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources
• Optimize data processing performance
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and traceability
• Collaborate with technical and business teams
• Contribute to data flow industrialization
• Document implemented solutions

The Senior Consultant - Data Engineer will also have the responsibility to participate to the Delta Accountant club, support and manage Delta initiatives around the Accountant topics.

As an operational consultant, the Senior Consultant - Data Engineer will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Have minimum 3–5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Proven experience in building and maintaining data pipelines
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL
• Work hands-on with ETL / ELT tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory)
• Use Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
• Leverage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Understand data architecture principles
• Understand data lakes and data warehouse concepts
• License or Master qualification in Computer Science, Data Engineering or equivalent
• English speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage
