What You Will Do: - Deliver high‑quality work while fostering strong client relationships and productive team collaboration
- Maintain a broad understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes - including core Record‑to‑Report (R2R) activities, financial and management reporting, ERP‑enabled workflow optimization, and FP&A process improvements
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities within client engagements as technical expertise and experience deepen
- Execute and support the leadership of engagement activities across all phases of the project lifecycle - from discovery and design through implementation and delivery
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Prior consulting experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- CPA Preferred
- Working knowledge of Trintech Cadency
- French proficiency in speaking and writing
