
We are looking for a
Senior Consultant
to lead strategic transformation initiatives for international clients. This role combines business analysis, structured consulting, and strategic delivery to help organizations achieve operational clarity and measurable growth.
You will partner directly with executive teams to assess challenges, design transformation roadmaps, and ensure the successful execution of consulting strategies. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly analytical, and comfortable working in dynamic environments that require structure and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead consulting and diagnostic sessions to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Design structured action plans, ROI models, and operational roadmaps aligned with client goals.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive and board-level audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that consulting strategies are executed effectively.
Support business development and client acquisition through expert participation in key discussions.
Ensure all consulting outcomes are measurable, actionable, and aligned with client expectations.
5–7 years
of experience in consulting, operations, or business transformation.
Previous experience in
management consulting, corporate strategy, or process improvement roles
.
Strong
presentation and boardroom presence
, with the ability to communicate clearly with executives.
Proven success designing and implementing structured transformation or optimization initiatives.
Full professional fluency in English
(speaking, writing, and reading).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Based in
Torreón, Coahuila
(on-site role).

Compensation:
Open to negotiation, based on experience and qualifications.
Location:
100% on-site in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, full-time.
