Senior Consultant - Business Analysis

Location: Stockholm (hybrid - in person some days of the week)

Who Are You?

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Senior Consultant with 2–4 years of experience working within digital transformation initiatives, AI solutions, low-code platforms, or platform-specific development environments. In this role, you will combine responsibilities across project coordination, business analysis, product ownership, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to drive digital initiatives from concept to implementation in a dynamic startup environment where initiative, accountability, and self-leadership are highly valued.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support digital transformation initiatives focused on AI, automation, and low-code solutions
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
  • Support prioritization, planning, and execution of digital products and transformation projects
  • Contribute to agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives Take ownership of deliverables and proactively drive initiatives forward

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, product ownership, project coordination, or similar roles
  • Experience working with AI-related projects, low-code platforms (such as Appian or Mendix), or platform-specific development
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent higher education qualification
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Appian
  • Experience with Mendix or similar low-code platforms
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience with requirements gathering and backlog management in agile environments
  • Understanding of automation, workflow optimization, and digital process transformation
