Consultant or Senior Consultant (EPM Practice)

We are looking for keen individuals to help shape the future of Alpha Alternatives. In the role of a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will learn new approaches and techniques to solve problems and deliver outcomes. You will experiment with new technologies and be part of developing new solutions. We will help you along the way, but you must possess a spark that drives you forward, have a curious mindset, and be energised by operating with a degree of autonomy!

The Role

  • Working on technology implementation projects you will help clients solve their planning and reporting challenges issues by implementing Anaplan, Pigment and Workiva
  • You will be open to learning about these and other technologies and how they can help our client base
  • You will be a team player who will enjoy dealing with people across all levels, both clients and within our team
  • Stay current with the technologies we implement by keeping certifications up to date
  • Lead development of dashboards, visualisation, and analytical solutions
  • Build relationships with clients and search for ways to improve client satisfaction
  • Assist with requirements, model documentation and project management
  • A mixture of remote working and London based clients, with opportunities to travel if required

Required Skills and Experience

  • Educated to degree level
  • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • A background in financial/multi-dimensional modelling within an FP&A or Analyst team or with a Consulting background desirable
  • High proficiency to understand and interrogate complex business data requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and an openness to new and diverse challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes when handling challenging situations and working across various customers and management levels
