Use your consulting skills to make a meaningful difference with us
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving complex problems and wants to use their consulting skills to make a meaningful difference.
As a Senior Consultant, Advisory and Delivery Services, you'll join a newly established internal consulting team supporting some of Queensland's most critical health, aged care, community and hospital services. You will work alongside leaders and frontline teams across UnitingCare to understand complex challenges, develop practical solutions and help turn recommendations into action.
This is a rare opportunity to combine the challenge and variety of consulting with the purpose and stability of one of Australia's largest not-for-profit organisations. You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of engagements spanning project delivery, business analysis, change management, operational improvement, service redesign, transformation support and implementation planning. No two engagements will be the same.
You will apply structured problem-solving and consulting discipline while remaining grounded in the realities of frontline service delivery. Your work will support services including our hospitals, BlueCare, Family and Disability Services, Lifeline Queensland and corporate functions.
Note: Please submit both a resume and cover letter when applying for this role.
