Primary Job Responsibilities:

• 複雑かつ大規模なプラットフォーム導入プロジェクトにおいて、技術的リーダーシップを発揮し、標準ソリューションの実装設計からデリバリーの完遂までを単独あるいはチームのリードとして遂行する

• RHEL、Red Hat OpenShift、Ansible などの製品を活用し、オンプレミス、パブリッククラウド、ハイブリッドクラウドにおけるスケーラブルで堅牢な基盤のアーキテクチャ設計と構成図の作成を主導する

• クラウドおよびインフラストラクチャの高度な自動化、CI/CDパイプラインの構築、DevOpsプロセスの導入を推進し、顧客のシステムライフサイクル全体をモダナイズする

• プロジェクトのプランニングを支援し、リーダーシップが設定した目標に向けてチームを導き、予期せぬ技術的課題が発生した際にはアーキテクチャの視点から解決策を提示しタスクを調整する

• Red Hatのテクノロジーがもたらすビジネスバリューを顧客のITリーダーやステークホルダーに明確に説明し、信頼されるアドバイザー（Trusted Advisor）として振る舞う

• 現場の若手コンサルタントやアソシエイトに対する技術的なメンタリング、レビュー、パフォーマンスに関するフィードバックを積極的に行い、チーム全体のスキル底上げに貢献する

• 将来的なビジネス機会（Upsell/Cross-sell）を技術的な視点から発掘し、営業部門やアーキテクトチームと連携して顧客のテクノロジーロードマップ推進を支援する

Required Skills:

• テクノロジー分野における13年以上の実務経験、およびさまざまな開発・導入プロジェクトでエンタープライズカスタマーと協働した経験

• 複雑なエンタープライズ環境における、Kubernetes または Red Hat OpenShift を用いた大規模な基盤設計、実装、および高度なトラブルシューティングの豊富な経験

• Linux（RHELまたは同等ディストリビューション）の深い知識とアーキテクチャ設計・運用経験

• Ansible等を用いたインフラ自動化（IaC）や、DevOps/CI/CDサーバーテクノロジー（少なくとも1つ）に関する確かな知識

• ミッションクリティカルなアプリケーションの設計、開発、および管理の経験

• プロジェクト内で小規模な技術チームをリードし、エンジニアリング、営業、および経営幹部レベルで関係を構築した実績

• 自律的に新しい技術動向を学習し、Red Hatの上級レベルのトレーニングコンテンツを消化して技術目標を達成し続ける強い成長マインドセット

• 日本語での極めて効果的なコミュニケーションスキルおよび交渉能力、ならびに英語での優れた文書および口頭コミュニケーション能力

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have / Optional):

• OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) に関する知識、または仮想マシンとコンテナが混在する環境でのアーキテクチャ設計経験

• 既存のレガシーシステムからクラウドネイティブ環境への大規模なモダナイゼーション・移行プロジェクトへの参画経験

• AWS、Azure、Google Cloud等の認定アーキテクト資格、または同等のパブリッククラウド高度設計経験

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) や Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) などの関連資格
