Job Description

Senior Consultant

Department: Marketing Effectiveness - Europe

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: France

This role sits at the heart of Ebiquity's Analytics practice in France, working directly with leading advertisers to maximise the returns on their marketing and promotional investment. As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of the end-to-end development and delivery of Marketing Mix Models: translating complex, multi-source data into concise, commercially grounded recommendations that clients can act on with confidence.

This is a senior individual contributor role with genuine influence: over client relationships, analytical methodology, and the development of junior talent within the team. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, bring intellectual rigour to every engagement, and contribute actively to the growth and reputation of Ebiquity's MMM practice in France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and delivery of MMMs across a portfolio of advertiser clients, ensuring outputs are analytically robust and commercially relevant.
  • Translate modelling results into clear, structured narratives and investment recommendations, presenting findings with authority to senior client stakeholders.
  • Take initiative in identifying opportunities to add value beyond the immediate project scope, whether through methodological improvement, additional analysis or strategic counsel.
  • Manage client relationships with professionalism and rigour - coordinating data collection, explaining analytical outputs, and supporting clients in embedding Ebiquity's recommendations into their planning and decision-making processes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client relationships, working in close collaboration with Director-level leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the analytics team, supporting their technical progression and ensuring consistent project delivery within scope and budget.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, econometrics or a closely related quantitative discipline.
  • Proven, hands-on experience building and validating Marketing Mix Models in a professional context -- this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to work rigorously with large, complex datasets and draw commercially meaningful conclusions.
  • Solid knowledge of media and marketing dynamics, including an understanding of price and promotional mechanics and their interaction with media investment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to produce client-ready deliverables to a high standard.
  • Experience coding in R, Python, SQL or VBA is a significant advantage and will be weighted accordingly in the selection process.
  • The ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively, both in writing and in presentation, to senior commercial audiences.
  • Fluency in French and a strong command of professional English, given the international nature of the role and client base.

Benefits

Ebiquity is a fast-growing global business with a strong culture of analytical excellence, independence and continuous learning. In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer:
  • A competitive salary, benchmarked to reflect the seniority and specialist nature of the role.

  • Meal vouchers provided via the Ticket Restaurant scheme.

  • Holiday bonus paid in addition to statutory entitlements.
  • Company savings plan with employer matching contributions, enabling you to build long-term financial security with Ebiquity's support.
