Key Responsibilities
Depending on your seniority and specialization, your responsibilities will include
● Programme Governance & Leadership Establish, drive, and maintain robust PMO
governance frameworks across the multi-country transformation programme.
● Financial Management Oversee programme financial controls, including rigorous
budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
● Planning & Delivery Governance Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of
delivery milestones across complex, interdependent workstreams.
● RAID & Controls Proactively manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies
(RAID) to ensure timely mitigation and programme stability.
● Stakeholder & Executive Reporting Develop clear, accurate, and actionable
executive reports; manage communication and expectations with senior stakeholders.
● Change Management Drive organisational readiness and change management
initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new banking systems.
● Vendor & Dependency Management Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage
complex cross-functional dependencies.
● Performance & Benefits Tracking Design and implement frameworks for tracking
programme benefits and overall performance metrics.
Required Qualifications & Skills
● Experience Proven track record working within a PMO for large, complex enterprise
programmes.
● Core Competencies Strong proficiency in standard PMO disciplines (financials, RAID,
planning, reporting).
● Communication Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation
skills.
● Adaptability Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-geography environment.
Preferred Experience
● Extensive background supporting large-scale banking, core banking, or enterprise-
wide financial transformations.
● Experience operating across multiple international jurisdictions.
● Familiarity with complex systems integration and vendor-heavy delivery models.
