● Multi-Project Delivery & Execution Independently own and drive the delivery lifecycle of multiple Digital Automation Platform engagements under tight timelines. Manage project plans, baseline schedules, resource tracking, and critical path dependencies.
● Stakeholder Integration & Engagement Act as the single point of contact for project delivery. Proactively engage with onsite application owners, API architects, businessunits, and external vendors to unblock dependencies and ensure alignment.
● Domain Governance Track project milestones related to Digital Automation Platform of the Unit Payment and Digital Services
● Executive Visibility & MIS Reporting Synthesize raw sprint data, defect metrics, and rollout risks into polished, high-impact MIS reports, dashboards, and steerco decks tailored for senior technology and business leadership.
● Risk & RAID Management Proactively identify, document, and mitigate project risks, issues, and resource constraints before they impact delivery velocity. Enforce strict change management and release discipline.
● Testing & Deployment Support Collaborate closely with offshore SIT/UAT managers to track defect triage cycles, monitor code promotion gates, and validate production cutover readiness.
Operating Environment & Working Relationships
● Work seamlessly with Tech teams across Mashreq onshore and offshore locations to plan and track program initiatives.
● Enforce strict adherence to Mashreq’s internal governance frameworks, information security protocols, and STLC/Agile processes.
Skills and Experience
● Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
● Experience 12–15 years of IT project management experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically leading deliveries within a Banking Payments, Middle Office, or Integration/API Gateway environment.
● Technical Appreciation Understanding of end-to-end payment project lifecycle, PMI and agile standards, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
○ Proven track record of thriving as an independent contributor in high-pressure, ambiguous delivery setups.
○ Mastery of modern agile project management tools (MS Powerpoint, MS Project,Advanced Excel, and Power BI for MIS generation).
