Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related field
3–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience supporting production
systems
Strong experience with core Salesforce platforms (e.g. Service Cloud), Apex, Lightning
Web Components (LWC), and configuration
Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and APIs
Experience working in Agile software development environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Salesforce Platform Developer certification
Preferred
Experience implementing or extending Salesforce Education Cloud
Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and third-party systems
Exposure to mission-critical or government-scale platforms
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II, Service Cloud, Integration
Architecture Designer) are a plus
