About the role:

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients as part of a project team, reporting to a Managing Principal, Associate Partner, or Partner.

You will:

• Develop a deep understanding of client strategy and operational challenges
• Conduct research and analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Design practical, tailored solutions
• Support implementation to deliver lasting impact
• Facilitate workshops and present findings to senior stakeholders

You’ll build and apply core consulting skills including problem solving, analysis, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Flexible work arrangements, including part-time and hybrid options, are available. Some interstate travel may be required.

About you:

Ideally, candidates will demonstrate:

• 2+ years of work experience (consulting advantageous but not required)
• Tertiary qualification
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• People skills, with the ability to build rapport and develop productive relationships
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine desire to learn and share knowledge
• Strong organisational skills and discipline
