We're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to will play a key role in delivering high-impact client engagements, driving meaningful transformation outcomes, and contributing to the growth of our consulting practice.

What will you be doing?

  • Deliver client engagements end-to-end - lead workstreams within complex transformation programmes, structuring problems and translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that drive tangible impact
  • Build strong day-to-day client relationships - earn trust through reliable delivery and effective communication with senior stakeholders
  • Apply a tailored approaches to each client context to ensure solutions are practical, sustainable, and create lasting change
  • Bring a perspective on AI and emerging technology to help clients understand where and how to adopt new tools in a way that aligns with their strategy and operating model
  • Contribute to business development - lead proposals, RFPs, research, and client conversations
  • Support and guide junior team members - contribute to a collaborative team culture and help others develop their consulting craft
  • Contribute to ADAPTOVATE’s knowledge base and IP - build internal frameworks, refine ways of working, and strengthen our points of view based on project experience

What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
  • 5–8 years of consulting experience, currently at Manager level (or equivalent) in a top-tier or leading firm
  • Strong track record of delivering complex workstreams and managing client relationships independently
  • Experience across business transformation, organisational change, digital strategy, or operational improvement
  • Clear, compelling communicator - able to structure a story, present with confidence, and adapt your style to the audience
  • A genuine interest in AI and technology’s role in business transformation - you don’t need to be technical, but you should be curious and informed
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-trust environment and is excited by the idea of helping shape how a growing firm operates
