Voor onze klant, een groeiend consultancybureau dat zich richt op de energietransitie, zoeken we een ervaren Programmamanager/Senior Consultant. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch aansturen van complexe programma's die duurzame energieoplossingen bevorderen en bijdragen aan een ecologisch verantwoorde toekomst.
De rol
Als Senior Consultant verbeter je samenwerking binnen en tussen organisaties door maatwerkoplossingen te ontwikkelen voor de klant. Je hebt ervaring met complexe stakeholders in dynamische omgevingen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid met effectieve communicatie.
In deze rol adviseer je klanten over strategische verbeteringen, formuleer je kansen en leid je zelfstandig projecten. Je coacht collega-consultants in PMO-vaardigheden en past methoden zoals Prince2 en IPMA toe.
Je leidt effectieve meetings, presenteert overtuigend, vertaalt analyses naar heldere oplossingen en neemt stakeholders mee in je plannen. Je onderzoekt klantwensen en bouwt en onderhoudt een netwerk. Je helpt bij het schrijven van voorstellen en zoekt continu naar nieuwe kansen.
Je investeert in persoonlijke ontwikkeling, vraagt om feedback en geeft deze ook. Je motiveert jezelf en je teamleden om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
