Experience Required: Minimum
6 years
Education: Bachelor's
degree in business administration or related field
Key Responsibilities:

Manage
and follow up on project issues and initiatives in government
and tech-related environments.
·
Work with ERP platforms (such as Oracle or SAP), and
other enterprise tools.
·
Run
queries and generate reports using SQL and similar database
tools.
·
Develop
and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process
documentation.
·
Train
internal and external stakeholders through structured training sessions
·
Lead
high-level conversations with clients, users, and technical teams.
·
Apply emotional
intelligence to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
·
Identify
process improvements and support continuous development initiatives.
Requirements:
·
Strong people
skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
·
Client-facing
experience with the ability to manage expectations and build trust.
·
Proven
ability to document processes and create SOPs.
·
Some technical
knowledge or the ability to work comfortably in technical
environments.
·
Experience training personnel.
·
High emotional
intelligence and strong soft skills.
