We’re seeking a proven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects from concept through commissioning. This is a traveling role, with project assignments aligned to business needs and location, offering the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across diverse markets. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of project execution, financial performance, scheduling, safety, quality, and client satisfaction, while leading high-performing project teams and building strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders.

You’ll serve as a key leader across all phases of construction—driving project strategy, cost control, risk management, and operational excellence. From budget oversight and forecasting to schedule optimization and stakeholder alignment, your leadership will directly influence project outcomes and profitability. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, brings strong business acumen and construction expertise, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results on complex, high-visibility projects.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $124,000 - $166,000, (negotiable) annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, risk management, and lean construction practices
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel based on project assignments

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading multi-site or geographically dispersed project teams
  • Background in industrial, healthcare, or large commercial construction
  • Experience with lean construction or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong client-facing leadership and business development exposure
