Senior Construction Project Manager
Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $120k-$140k

Konik is partnered with a growing specialty contractor who is adding a Senior Construction Project Manager to their team.

Senior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead self and others on large scale projects
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects within budget and schedule constraints
  • Promptly address any field or material issues related to projects
  • Lead development of team and run complex and challenging multi-million dollar projects

Senior Construction Project Manager Requirements:

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience
  • Previous preconstruction or estimating experience
  • Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam or similar
  • Strong values and passion for personal and team growth, as well as leading others
