Role: Senior Planner
Client: Tier 1 Main Contractor
Essentials 5-7+ years’ experience in a Construction Planning role (ideally Residential projects) in Ireland; Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Location: Central Dublin - based between site & office Project: High-density large-scale residential new-build   
Salary: €75,000 - €90,000

Our client, an international Tier 1 Main Contractor is on the lookout for an experience Senior Planner to join their onsite & office teams in driving the success of Dublin-based high-density residential projects through meticulous planning and strategic foresight.

• Prepare contract and project programmes, and produce ongoing monthly progress reports.
• Monitor progress trends, outputs, and resources across projects to enhance the planning department’s knowledge base.
• Complete all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and contracts, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards.
• Collaborate closely with the project team on planning and schedule-related activities.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the wider project team, supply chain, and other stakeholders.
• Execute short- to medium-term planning reviews and provide impartial, forward-looking insight to mitigate project risks.
