Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Construction Manager (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and manage all enabling and on-site construction activities for large-scale projects, ensuring delivery in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the planning and execution of enabling and construction activities, identifying critical milestones and priorities.
  • Develop budget estimates and determine staffing requirements aligned with project scope and schedule.
  • Ensure timely mobilization of subcontractors, materials, and major construction equipment to maintain productivity.
  • Assign and manage Construction Superintendents across various work areas, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions.
  • Oversee allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and meet project targets.
  • Monitor construction progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing preventative actions to avoid delays.
  • Ensure application of best construction practices to achieve quality standards at optimal cost.
  • Prepare and present periodic progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, including HSE and labor relations requirements.
  • Act as the primary interface with clients, subcontractors, and government authorities on construction matters.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder and community relationships to support project success.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support development of construction personnel.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 15+ years of experience in field construction, including large civil, structural, or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and project execution.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities in large-scale projects.
  • Experience managing enabling works and early-stage construction activities is highly desirable.
