Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Construction Manager - Roadsto join our team! In this role you will get to work on a major roads & infrastructure PMO in Riyadh.The Senior Construction expert is responsible for the construction site management and logistics for the works. The expert to be exceptional construction knowledge and specialization in several fields of construction engineering.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Undertakes responsibility for overseeing the construction supervision activities of the design consultant and management of construction project (s).
• Works closely with Project Controls Department to establish and maintain the Master Schedule and Budget.
• Participates in value engineering reviews during design and construction.
• Organizes and works closely with a high level construction management team to provide oversight of the various site supervision and inspection services provided by the designers through the construction phase, interface with commissioning and start up activities.
• The senior expert to be based on the PMO site offices at all times to sort out problems if any
• Monitors construction project progress and chairs all the construction progress meetings. The expert to have access to innovation software to monitor the construction via CCTV or any other means to assess the progress and validate the progress during the meetings.
• Supervises the preparation of construction procedures.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related work experience),
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in field construction is required
• Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations
• Requires a comprehensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry practices.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capability
