We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This position is open to candidates of all experience levels and is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in commercial construction estimating. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach.
This role provides hands-on training with our estimating processes and tools, including quantity takeoffs, proposal preparation, bid analysis, and estimating software. Candidates with some construction, internship, or assistant estimating experience will thrive, while motivated newcomers with a strong growth mindset are encouraged to apply.
