Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Develop and review project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to construction challenges.
• Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the construction industry with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Nationality: Arabic (Preferably Iraqi or Jordanian).
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction-related software tools and applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
