Job Description

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Concept Artist who can shape compelling visual worlds while collaborating across teams and driving artistic direction with confidence. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence multiple game projects from early concepts to final implementation, expanding your creative range and taking responsibility for your work. In this role you will

• Create high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, features, and visual explorations across multiple game projects.
• Help define and evolve visual directions for games, features, and events together with art leads and game teams.
• Translate game definitions and gameplay needs into clear, usable visual solutions.
• Adapt your style to different game requirements while keeping the work appealing, functional, and aligned with each project’s vision.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to support development from concepts to implementation.
• Contribute early in ideation and preproduction with sketches, paintovers, moodboards, and fast visual explorations.
• Support less experienced artists with guidance, reviews, and sharing of good practices when needed.

Your experience

• At least 5 years of professional concept art experience in games.
• Experience working on shipped titles, ideally in mobile games.
• Experience working in larger teams and cross-functional production setups.
• Strong portfolio showing range, quality, and ability to work in different styles.
• Strong understanding of shape language, composition, color, design clarity, and readability for games.
• Comfortable working fast in early exploration and refining work when needed.
• Previous experience with visual development, feature ownership, project leading, or team leadership is a plus.
