In this role, you'll develop and implement data-driven classification workflows for time-resolved image data. You'll be responsible for every stage of the process, from dataset preparation to feature engineering, applying machine-learning models to extract key performance metrics and optimizing data pipelines for accuracy and scalability.
- Develop and implement data‑driven classification workflows for time-resolved image data, including dataset preparation and feature engineering.
- Apply and evaluate machine‑learning models to extract and interpret key performance metrics.
- Analyze model performance, including validation, robustness, and risks such as overfitting.
- Optimize preprocessing and data pipelines to improve model accuracy and scalability.
- Communicate results through clear visualizations and presentations to support decision‑making.
We're seeking someone with a strong technical background and a passion for innovation.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a strong interest in biology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in computer vision, including image and time‑resolved data analysis.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, particularly classification methods and model evaluation.
- Experience with image processing pipelines, including preprocessing and feature extraction.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries.
- Strong command of English
