
The Computer User Support Specialist provides first-level technical support to government customers, resolving hardware, software, printer, and VoIP telephone issues efficiently and effectively. This role includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer systems, establishing network connectivity, and maintaining accurate IT asset inventory records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and experience with government inventory management procedures. Maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring compliance with established processes are essential to success in this role.
