Join HESTA as a Senior Compliance Technical Partner. This 12-month contract role offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage your deep technical expertise in superannuation regulation and compliance frameworks.

You're a technical compliance expert who combines deep regulatory knowledge with strong business acumen. You thrive in complex environments and excel at translating regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.


As our Technical Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for complex compliance matters, providing specialist guidance across:
• Licensing compliance and financial services obligations
• Fund governance and trustee responsibilities
• Best Financial Interest Duty (BFID) framework
• APRA and ATO regulatory reporting
• Expenditure compliance and procurement

What you'll do:
• Deliver expert technical advice on complex compliance matters
• Partner with business teams to implement compliance requirements
• Review and assess documentation for regulatory compliance
• Lead compliance framework ownership within your domain
• Provide oversight of regulatory reporting obligations
• Support incident management and breach remediation

What you'll bring:
• Deep technical expertise in superannuation compliance
• Proven experience in financial services compliance
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience in complex regulatory environments
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of GRC systems and compliance tools
