The Fintech BU empowers consumers through data-driven financial services and inclusive lending: Roo.Cash（袋鼠金融）offers transparent matchmaking for financial products like credit cards, while JUJI（招財麻吉）provides an innovative microloan service for rapid, convenient funding during urgent financial needs.

A foundation member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA), Gogolook has also teamed up with a number of institutes such as the Taiwan National Police Agency Criminal Investigation Bureau, the Financial Supervisory Service of South Korea, Thai Royal Police, the Fukuoka city and Shibuya City government, the Philippines Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center, and the Royal Malaysia Police and state government to fight scam, dedicated to creating a "scam-free environment."

我們正在尋找具備 1–3 年法務、法遵、風險管理或相關工作經驗的夥伴加入法務暨法令遵循部。本職務將直接向集團法務暨法令遵循部主管報告，依既有制度、流程及主管指導，執行日常法遵作業、制度維護及跨部門事項追蹤。

我們期待你具備基本法律及法遵概念，能依既有制度、流程及主管指導，獨立完成範圍與要求明確的工作；如發現疑義、例外或潛在風險，能適時提出並向主管反映。

工作內容

• 維護法遵相關政策、作業流程、表單及內部文件，確保資料完整且為最新版本。
• 執行法遵自評、內部查核或主管機關改善事項之資料彙整與進度追蹤。
• 追蹤相關單位改善事項之完成情形，並維護必要的執行紀錄及佐證文件。
• 整理並維護法遵案件、會議及相關專案之文件與紀錄。
• 維護公司標準化合約範本、常用條款、法遵標準條款及風險檢核表，並依既有審查原則進行條款整理、初步檢視及審閱流程相關作業。
• 針對合約或交易涉及的特定法遵事項，依既有規範、審查原則或主管指示進行初步檢視及資料整理；如發現疑義、例外或潛在風險，應適時向主管反映。相關議題包括個人資料保護、資料跨境傳輸、消費者保護、委外管理、資訊安全、反貪腐、洗錢防制、制裁遵循、AI 及資料使用等。
• 依既有規範或主管指示，檢視產品、服務、行銷活動、商業合作及內部作業流程所涉及的基本法遵事項。
• 查找及整理國內外法令、主管機關函釋、政策、裁罰案例及其他監管資訊。
• 依指定議題進行法規研究，整理法規要求、適用情形及可能涉及的法遵問題。
• 協助研究個人資料保護、AI、資料治理、數位服務及其他科技法遵相關議題。
• 準備法令遵循、個人資料保護、誠信經營及其他相關教育訓練資料。
• 維護內部法遵指引、FAQ、教材及知識管理內容。
• 準備會議資料、製作會議紀錄，並追蹤後續事項至完成。
• 執行其他法令遵循、風險管理及主管交辦之相關專案事項。

具備技能

• 大學以上法律或其他相關科系畢業，並具 1–3 年法令遵循、法務、風險管理、個人資料保護或其他相關工作經驗。
• 具備基本的法律及法遵風險辨識能力，能依既有規範、審查原則及主管指導處理一般法遵案件；遇有重大、非標準或高風險事項時，能適時向主管反映。
• 具備良好的中文文件撰寫及邏輯整理能力，能清楚整理案件事實、法規資訊、初步研究結果及待確認事項。
• 具備英文閱讀能力，可閱讀一般英文合約、政策、法規或監管資料。
• 若能與海外同事進行工作討論或跨國協作尤佳。
• 具備基本跨部門溝通能力，能與其他相關團隊進行工作協作。

加分項目

• 曾任職於科技、網路服務、金融科技、軟體服務或其他數位產業。
• 曾接觸個人資料保護、消費者保護、公平交易、資訊安全或誠信經營相關工作。
• 對 AI、資料治理、隱私或其他科技監管議題具有興趣或相關經驗。
• 曾參與法遵風險評估、內部控制制度建置、內部稽核或 ISO 27001、ISO 27701、ISO42001 等相關管理制度之導入或查核。
• 曾完成金融研訓院法令遵循相關專業訓練，或具 CIPP、CIPM、ISO 27001／27701、AML、風險管理或其他法令遵循相關專業證照者尤佳。
