To enable the execution of Compliance Risk Management processes and activities within the BCB Compliance: Lending and Risk team and across all its jurisdictions to ensure that the area is undertaken in a compliant manner to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the organisation and enable the competitive advantage of the organisation.

• 4-6 years - The role requires a seasoned expert in Compliance with a sound knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements and upcoming developments applicable to a specific business area as well as a solid understanding of banking products and activities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and support junior team members, including providing guidance, oversight and developmental coaching to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of accountability, professionalism and ownership in managing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage complexity, analyse multifaceted compliance matters and apply sound judgement in a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple competing deliverables simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality outputs.
