ABOUT THE ROLE

Retell AI transforms customer experience with voice AI for enterprises, including customers like CVS/Aetna, American Airlines, Lenovo, and Grab. We have more customer stories than we can tell!

We're hiring our first Senior Compliance Manager to own Retell's security and compliance program end to end. You'll report directly to the founder and work closely with Engineering and Sales. Compliance unlocks our enterprise and healthcare deals, so your work has a direct line to revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

This hire owns an audit-ready compliance program that enterprise customers trust.

• Run SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 programs end to end, including auditors and the GRC platform
• Answer security questionnaires and RFPs quickly and keep the trust center current
• Own policies, vendor risk, and training, and track new rules that affect voice AI
• Join enterprise sales calls to answer security and compliance questions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

• 4+ years in compliance, GRC, or security audit
• You have personally owned at least one SOC 2 Type II audit
• Experience at a VC-backed SaaS/AI company or a Big 4/audit firm doing SOC 2 or ISO work

Nice to have:

• CISA, CISM, or CRISC certification
• Hands-on with Vanta or Drata
• HIPAA experience with healthcare customers

• Clear answers to customer security teams
• Working with engineers without slowing them down
• Spotting risks before an auditor or customer does

JOB DETAILS

Cash: $195,000 - $225,000

Equity: 4-year vest / 1-year cliff

Location: Redwood City, California (Relocation support provided)

US Visas: Retell AI is open to sponsoring work authorization for qualified candidates, including H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, and F-1 (OPT/CPT).
