Senior Compliance Manager (AIFM - DP for Regulatory Compliance PCF-39F)
Dublin, Ireland.
Full-time permanent role.
Hybrid - 3 days onsite. (Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.)

INTRO / JOB SUMMARY

CSC’s Irish-authorised Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), provides AIFMD-compliant management company solutions to EU and non-EU alternative investment fund managers. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in ensuring regulatory integrity and compliance across the organization. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, integrity, and disciplined decision-making, the culture fosters collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and marketing material reviews while interacting with key stakeholders across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance for the Irish ManCo (PCF-39F).
  • Monitor, interpret and implement regulatory developments impacting AIF structures.
  • Maintain and enhance the firm’s compliance framework, policies, and monitoring programmes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Prepare board-level reports, including updates on breaches, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
  • Provide compliance support on new product launches and onboarding of new clients.
  • Lead regulatory inspections, thematic reviews and CBI information requests.
  • Lead on AIFM compliance training, policy reviews, and internal awareness initiatives.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting obligations and ensure ongoing fulfilment of authorisation conditions.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, including rule mapping and CP86 guidance adherence
  • Report to the ManCo board and where appropriate, Fund client boards.
  • Ad hoc duties as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in compliance within the funds industry.
  • Relevant degree and/or professional qualification in compliance or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks (e.g. AIFMD, CBI consultation papers and AML/CTF practices).
  • Prior PCF experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience working in a Super ManCo, AIFM or MiFID-regulated environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead regulatory initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical & communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Strong team player but highly self-motivated.
