What you'll do:

Main responsibility is to ensure the readiness of laboratory testing activities by preparing equipment, test samples, testing areas, materials, all required conditions, and conducting tests in accordance with established standards and procedures. The role supports and drives daily laboratory operations and performs tasks independently with a high level of accountability to achieve efficient laboratory performance and reliable testing outcomes.

In detail, you will:

• Execute tests according to agreed instructions, including International and Electrolux internal standards

• Set up and prepare tests in terms of equipment, samples, area, materials, and any other conditions necessary to properly complete the evaluation

• Maintain the tools/equipment to calibrate as scheduled, support calibration evaluation, including contact and order to supplier for calibration

• Support audit activities according to Thai and international standard

• Undertake assigned technical tasks of low complexity under the supervision of professional colleagues

• Use existing procedures to support the daily laboratory activities

• Work on practical tasks following established procedures with moderate/limited guidance

• Prioritize and organize own work to deliver to agreed deadlines

• Apply knowledge/skills to standard day to day activities; understands how the team collaborates with others to accomplish team objectives

• Quality Management according to ISO/IEC 17025

• Quality Management according to CTF2

• Fabric Care Product Development according to product requirements, problem analysis and solving

• Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities.

• Manage and monitoring job of team members

Qualifications:

• High Vocational Certificate in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

• 3 years or more of relevant experience in R&D accredited laboratory, preferably from the appliances industry

• Average or good English proficiency

Knowledge:

• Products Knowledge of Washing Machine, Washer Dryer, Tumble Dryer and Dishwasher Functionality

• International/National standard of Washing Machine, Washer Dryer, Tumble Dryer and Dishwasher Products

• Understanding the Operation of Electrical and Electronic Components

• Knowledge of the operation and proper use of tools, equipment, and measuring instruments

• Quality Management in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025

Skills:

• Previous experience in testing laboratories or compliance offices

• Familiarity with safety and performance testing on home appliances

• Critical thinking and analytical capabilities

• Problem-solving attitude with a proactive mindset

• Teamwork-oriented with effective communication skills

• Accurate reliable, and able to work independently

• Initiative and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment

You will be based in our laboratory facility at Rayong plant and report to Senior Leader.
