Your New Role

As a Senior Compliance Investigator, you’ll be at the heart of our global ethics and compliance programme. You’ll lead meaningful, complex investigations that make a real difference—helping ensure we operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability across our international business.

Working closely with the Global Head of Investigations and stakeholders around the world, you’ll play a key role in fostering trust and supporting a strong speak-up culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end investigations—from initial intake through to findings and reporting

  • Handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement

  • Engage with stakeholders across different countries and cultures

  • Analyse evidence, conduct interviews, and build clear, compelling case reports

  • Partner with teams like Legal, HR, and Internal Audit to drive fair outcomes

  • Spot trends and help improve how we investigate and prevent issues

  • Support training and awareness initiatives that encourage colleagues to speak up

  • Share your expertise by mentoring others and contributing to a high-performing team

About You

You’re an experienced investigator who is naturally curious, people-focused, and confident working in a global environment. You’re just as comfortable analysing complex information as you are building trusted relationships.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Strong experience in investigations, compliance, legal, or audit

  • Experience managing complex, cross-border investigations

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to see the bigger picture

  • Excellent communication skills—you can simplify complexity and influence stakeholders

  • A high level of integrity and the confidence to handle sensitive matters

  • The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • A collaborative, culturally aware mindset

Language skills are important for this role:

  • Fluent English is essential

  • Additional fluency in Spanish, German and/or Italian will really set you apart, given the international nature of the work.
