About the Job

The Senior Compliance Associate serves as a skilled and knowledgeable contributor to organizational and customer adherence to alarm industry regulations, as well as company-wide compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities include conducting regulatory research, acting as a primary resource for policy and process inquiries, ensuring that our client and its customers maintain full compliance with relevant legal standards, and supporting tracking and maintenance initiatives. This role requires a professional who is skilled, driven, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.

As a Senior Compliance Associate, You Will…

  • Review and verify whether our client and its customers are meeting their alarm regulatory requirements, closing gaps as identified and working with others internally and externally as needed.
  • Interpret and implement timely updates to alarm regulatory changes.
  • Organize, track, and maintain up-to-date files, licenses, documentation, and policies.
  • Investigate and resolve alarm regulation compliance issues and questions as they arise.
  • Assist with building efficiencies into Frontpoint’s and its customers’ alarm regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with building and maintaining Frontpoint’s overall compliance function, including helping implement policies, systems, or controls to reduce risk.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines to help ensure Frontpoint is demonstrating regulatory compliance.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and help educate employees about regulatory and legal requirements.

As a Senior Compliance Associate, You Need…

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with a rigorous focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership, and consistently meet key deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capability to exercise sound judgment and discretion on critical compliance matters.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive independently within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Openness to receiving, processing, and integrating constructive feedback.
