We are looking for a senior profile supporting leadership in driving the strategic evolution of the team for Cyber Security Compliance Management

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and drive team initiatives and process optimization (end-to-end) across offensive security and compliance management
  • Manage providers regarding capacity, budget and scheduling along the whole provider lifecycle from selection to quality assurance and phase-out
  • Contribute to consistent documentation and structured reporting approaches (e.g., centralized/structured storage of assessment outputs for reuse in different reporting use cases)
  • Introduce AI & automation where it creates real value: Identify and shape AI/automation use cases that reduce manual effort and improve quality - e.g., support for compliance reviews, automation of parts of assessments/report creation.
  • Drive pilot-to-rollout for selected use cases with a focus on stakeholder needs, governance, and sustainable operations (not “AI for AI’s sake”).
  • Stakeholder communication and management-ready reporting: Prepare and communicate team output, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders and management in a clear, concise, action-oriented way.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or comparable in the field of IT, e.g.:

  • Business Informatics
  • Computer Science
  • IT Security

Professional experience:

  • At least 5 years in comparable positions

Practical experience:

  • Proven experience in initiative leadership, project/program coordination, process improvement, or operational excellence in complex environments.
  • Strong ability to structure complex problems, drive decisions, and deliver outcomes with a hands-on mindset and clear ownership.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with different seniority levels and navigating conflicting interests.
  • Understanding of Cyber Security Governance / Risk / Compliance concepts and how organizations steer compliance topics at scale.
  • Knowledge of remediation management, vulnerability management, cyber risk management are welcome but optional.
  • Very good English language skills
