You'll love this role if you're naturally analytical and enjoy applying legislation, regulation and policy frameworks to real business situations.

In this role, you'll investigate compliance incidents, analyse data and trends, support breach reporting, and help stakeholders understand their regulatory obligations. You'll be trusted to review complex information, form balanced recommendations and communicate them clearly.

We're looking for someone with the professional maturity to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively when needed, and build credibility through the quality of their work.

What you’ll be doing

• Support and enhance the Compliance Management Framework and obligations register
• Provide clear, practical compliance advice to stakeholders (for review)
• Manage compliance incidents in line with breach reporting standards
• Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities through analysis
• Support reporting, regulatory change and governance papers for key committees

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
• Experience in compliance, legal, governance or regulatory roles within financial services
• Strong written communication and analytical capability
• Experience interpreting legislation, regulatory requirements or policy frameworks
• Confidence analysing data and preparing reports for senior stakeholders
