The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you'll play a key role in strengthening and scaling compliance assurance across the Global Compliance & Risk Team. You'll operate at the intersection of risk, governance, and operations, executing targeted testing that validates control effectiveness and supports regulatory alignment. From identifying high-risk areas to uncovering trends and driving improvements, your work will directly shape how compliance programs evolve as the business grows. You'll collaborate across Compliance, Legal, and business teams to build a proactive, transparent, and resilient compliance environment in a fast-moving, highly regulated space.

What You'll Do

  • Execute risk-based control testing to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Document test plans, execution, and results within governance, risk, and compliance systems, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Analyze testing outcomes to identify trends, control gaps, and opportunities to improve program effectiveness.
  • Produce clear, structured workpapers and reports that communicate findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and business teams to identify high-risk areas and support assurance coverage priorities.
  • Support the development and enhancement of testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Advise on remediation efforts by recommending control enhancements and validating evidence of issue resolution.
  • Contribute to broader compliance and risk initiatives, supporting consistency and operational effectiveness across the program.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or a related field, with hands-on experience in control testing or assurance activities.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a practical way.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data, identify risks, and translate findings into clear insights.
  • Experience documenting testing activities, evidence, and results within governance, risk, and compliance tools.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, accountability, and strengthening risk and compliance processes.
