We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant to join our growing SAP practice in France.

In this role, you will lead and deliver end-to-end Compensation and Variable Pay implementations, supporting clients in designing and optimizing their reward processes through SAP SuccessFactors. You will act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT stakeholders, ensuring best practices, high-quality delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

What will your story with us look like?

  • Lead workshops with clients to gather requirements and design Compensation & Variable Pay solutions

  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules (templates, guidelines, eligibility rules, budgets)

  • Design compensation cycles including merit increases, bonus planning, and compensation statements

  • Drive end-to-end implementation (Explore → Realize → Deploy phases)

  • Ensure integration with Employee Central and other systems (e.g., payroll, SAP HCM, third-party tools)

  • Lead data migration activities and ensure data quality for compensation processes

  • Manage client stakeholders and provide expert advice on compensation strategy and system usage

  • Support testing phases (unit, UAT) and ensure solution quality

  • Deliver training sessions and produce documentation (functional specs, user guides)

  • Contribute to presales activities and proposal responses

  • Actively participate to the growth of our Center Of Expertise and help more junior consultants empowerment.

What makes you unique?

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including Compensation & Variable Pay

  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations

  • Strong configuration expertise in Compensation & Variable Pay

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and total rewards strategy

  • Experience with Employee Central integration and platform components (MDF, RBP, integrations)

  • Knowledge of data migration and reporting

  • Experience working in international and multi-country environments

  • Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills Solid experience in formalizing compensation requirements under Excel

  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification (mandatory)

  • SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay Certification (mandatory)

  • SAP Incentives Management Certification (optional but a plus)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Ability to work autonomously and lead client engagements

  • Team-oriented, with a mentoring mindset

  • Language Requirements: French: mother tongue or bilingual, English: C1 or C2 Spanish, Dutch or German would be a clear plus
