We are seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to join our team on a one-year temporary contract, working in a primarily remote environment.
The Senior Compensation Specialist plays a key role in shaping and supporting compensation programs across BWXT’s U.S. operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Compensation, this position helps maintain competitive, equitable, and well‑governed compensation practices. You will lead the annual non‑union, non‑executive merit and incentive cycles and support salary structure updates, market pricing, and survey administration. This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with HRIS, Payroll, HR teams, business leaders, and external consultants to ensure compensation processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time.
The base salary range for this position in [[Ontario]] at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000and $118,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.
