Within a team of experienced payroll and compensation professionals, you will act as a trusted expert and partner to the wider HR and Finance community across EMEA. In this role as Senior Compensation & Benefits Expert, you will ensure accurate payroll operations, provide expert support on compensation and benefits matters, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Beyond managing complex payroll activities, you will drive process improvements, support strategic HR initiatives, contribute to reporting and analytics, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure compliance and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on expertise with project work, systems optimization and stakeholder partnership in a highly collaborative environment where ownership, expertise and continuous learning are valued.
In this expert role, you will have the opportunity to combine payroll expertise with broader compensation and benefits responsibilities within an international HR organization.
