Job Description

Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Support of Compensation and Benefits related processes management in GGH Group.

1. Cooperation in terms of GGH Compensation and Benefits Architecture development, by:

  • monitoring of labor market and available Remuneration reports operational role in Compensation review process

  • cooperation in salary ranges definition for GGH

  • evaluation of jobs in GGH following the Grading Governance policy

  • analysing market competitiveness of local and global Benefit policies in GGH Companies

2. Monitoring and analysis of compensation systems efficiency and recommending changes

3. Submitting data to market data providers, and coordinating benefits data submission

4. Proposing compensation packages for employee groups, in line with business strategy

5. Assuring compliance of current internal remuneration regulations with the Law

6. Administration and Configuration of Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation module in Workday

7. Ad-hoc reporting and analyses

8. Cooperation with other employees of HR Office in scope of responsibility

9. Cooperation with other units of GGH

10. Following the law, internal regulations and acting in compliance of data protection

11. Constant learning and development of knowledge and skills

12. Following EHS rules

13. Executing other tasks commissioned by the superior.

Qualifications and Education

Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources or Mathematics / Statistical analysis. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5 - 10 years of relevant experience (Compensation and benefits).

Skills & Knowledge

  • Advanced problem-solving for complex challenges and continuous improvement.

  • Statistical data analytics

  • Internal client focus

  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration across all departments.

  • Team work

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation area.

  • High statistical knowledge

  • Job Evaluation methodology: Mercer IPE and Korn Ferry Hay Group

  • Expert knowledge MS Excel: power pivot, table functions (median etc)

  • Workday core and advanced Comp module will be a plus

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
